ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
To request a replacement, customers must share clear images or videos of the product along with its packaging. Requests should be sent to our support team through the contact details provided below.
Once the issue is verified, the replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 working days, subject to product availability.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, the cost of replacement shipping will be borne by Alpha Overseas.
